In accordance with Assembly Bill 60, people harmed by crime (victims) have the right to be notified of restorative justice programs available within their community, as early as initial contact with law enforcement.
Effective July 1, 2026, all law enforcement agencies in San Diego County will have access to refer juvenile cases to restorative justice programs upon request from the person harmed. The organizations listed below currently provide restorative justice services to people harmed by juvenile offenses.
