Seeing a need for nonprofit work in the area of genuine accountability and healing, we formed our organization to provide sensible restorative solutions. We offer programming that makes a long-lasting difference using data-driven, evidence-based, and innovative practices. We envision a community where harm is addressed restoratively, never with the intent to punish but to heal.

Despite the small size of hummingbirds, they have great power and energy. The hummingbird reminds us to embrace diversity across our life journey. They encourage us to learn to navigate around our feelings and emotions to do better for ourselves and those around us.
Restorative justice is a non-punitive approach that focuses on genuine accountability and healing. It centers on relationships—how we create, maintain, and repair them. This philosophy is grounded in the belief that we are all interconnected, living in relationship with one another, and that our actions affect those around us.
According to reports, 98% of people harmed said that restorative justice gave them a sense of justice, and 92% said it reduced their fear and concerns.
